If your selection isn't quite right, we've streamlined our process to ensure your exchange or refund is as eco-friendly and effortless as possible.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original compostable packaging and include the packing slip to help our team identify your return quickly.

  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid carbon-neutral shipping label, then drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
